AI is reshaping the way we work, automating repetitive tasks, streamlining processes, and giving us back our most valuable asset: time. But as machines take on the mechanical, it’s the human touch that will define the next great wave of business success.
Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of dining at The Den in Miami, a previously Michelin-starred restaurant that reminded me what true excellence feels like. The food was extraordinary, but what truly elevated the experience was the service. Every detail felt intentional and personal.
At one point, I mentioned being a little chilly. Moments later, without fanfare, a soft pashmina was gently draped over my shoulders. No words needed, just awareness, empathy, and artistry in action.
That moment wasn’t about hospitality, it was about human connection. It was a masterclass in what I call Experience Culture.
In this new world, where AI handles the efficiency, it’s up to us to deliver the extraordinary.
✨ The art of personalization.
✨ The care behind a curated experience.
✨ The ability to make someone feel seen, not just served.
Cookie-cutter service is the past.
Intentional, detailed, and deeply human experiences are the future.
Let’s not just use technology to move faster. Let's use it to move closer.
